2nd Shift Technical Trainer – Bristol, TN area

 

The successful candidate must have sufficient in depth knowledge of all Cellular Technician Repair   processes.  This individual will be primarily responsible for providing technical repair training for all incoming new hire employees as needed.  In addition, this individual will assist repair technicians on the technical training and re-training lines.

 

Additional Responsibilities:  Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Providing new model training to repair technicians.
  • Monitoring employee skill levels.
  • Providing feedback on trainees from the production floor to the production managers and  training department.
  • Coordinating needs of the production managers back to the training department.
  • Assisting engineering in special programs and projects.

 

Candidate must successfully exhibit fluency with a PC using Excel, Word, and other applications.  The individual must be an eager, team player with a “can do” attitude and proactive approach.  Must be able to multi-task and complete a number of responsibilities on a daily basis.  Willingness to work overtime and perform in a fast-paced environment is a must.

 

Candidate must have a proven track record in terms of upholding and adhering to excellent attendance, quality, and production standards. 

 

Computer Experience/Other Requirements

 

Must exhibit fluent and accurate grammar and typing abilities.

Must exhibit fluency in using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets.  Additional knowledge of other applications is a plus.

Keen attention to detail.

Exemplary attendance and job performance in current capacity.

2nd Shift Inventory Supervisor – Bristol, TN area

 

Successful candidate will provide support to production scheduling on all material to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Interfaces with Materials Manager on the planning and forecasting of Inventory Control. Interfaces with all departments to ensure compliance with corporate policy and customer efficacy requirements. Is required to ensure accurate inventory, data collection and proper documentation to support the daily activities of production

.

Basic Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and maintain correctly balanced inventory levels on all supplied material.
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of parts to the production floor to support the production schedules and customer requirements
  • Monitor the inbound supply of materials to ensure an accurate and timely receiving.
  •  Provide performance reviews and corrective actions. 
  • Interact with Material Manager to support daily operations.
  • Interact with the Reclamation Supervisor and ensure that maximum cost savings are realized.
  • Assist other TTWLP facilities when needed.

 

Additional Experience / Requirements

 

  • Must exhibit fluent and accurate grammar and typing abilities with a PC.
  • Must exhibit fluency in using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets.  Additional knowledge of other applications is a plus.
  • Must lift up to 50lbs occasionally

2nd Shift Electronics Engineer – Bristol, TN area

 

Candidate will be primarily responsible for researching, developing, designing, and testing electronic components, products and systems for the repair and refurbishment of wireless handsets.  Must have the ability to apply basic principles and techniques of electronic engineering: may design electronic circuits, components and integrated systems, by utilizing test control apparatus and equipment.  Candidate will also be responsible for determining effective and efficient procedures for testing handsets and electronic components.  Must have a proven track record in meeting production and quality standards in a fast paced manufacturing and/or electronic environment.  The successful candidate must have prior knowledge in using an Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer, and RF Tester.  Prior knowledge and experience with circuit board soldering, component level troubleshooting, electronic schematics, electronic layouts, and cosmetic assemblies are a plus.

Computer Experience/Requirements

Must exhibit fluent and accurate typing ability.

Past experience in using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and internet applications.
